The main features of Click-to-Video-Talk are: Without the user initiating any downloads or searching for the relevant details pertaining to the webpage that is being viewed. The toolbar is in the form of buttons, menus, rolling text, and images. The toolbar has a search window, RSS feed, anti-spyware, and a pop-up blocker as 'fixed' customized features. The Click to Video Talk button on the toolbar can establish a VoIP Video call to to a support person of the company, whose webpage being viewed browsed, from anywhere in the world. to a PSTN/Mobile phone to a support person hunting and loading balancing from a group of support staff an individual for example, CEO. Any person viewing the webpage can have a video, audio, text chat, using this button. The toolbar can display the merchant's dynamic business information. The 'Click to Video Talk' call button can also be a standalone plugin that can be placed on any webpage. The Call button will enable all the features that are discussed as above. An advantage of this feature is that any webpage with or without toolbar can establish an interactive multimedia call.
