1.	The web visitor finds the service on the web page. Enters his/her own telephone number and clicks on the "call" button
2.	Esqube Data Centre calls the visitor and the agent/advertiser
3.	A voice link is established between the visitor and the site agent/advertiser
4.	The call duration is customizable. The link can be automatically disconnected after a predetermined time or at the behest of the user.
